Meet the board
Gillian Coghill:
Gillian manages a farm in Harpsdale along with her husband. Following her involvement with her local community council, she also went on to become a Councillor serving for four years. She has also been involved with various community groups and her hobbies include gardening, crossword puzzles and reading.
Graeme McDonald:
Graeme is originally from Thurso and has worked around the world in various supply chain roles within the oil Industry. He now works for a local engineering company and is enjoying being back home involving himself with various local groups and clubs. His interests include walking, football and socialising with friends and family.
Tom Sayles:
After 18 years in educational management, Tom moved to Caithness as Inspector/Financial Consultant with the NFU Mutual, then for NFU Scotland as Secretary for Caithness and Sutherland until he retired in 2014. He now enjoys restoring Classic vehicles, helping friends, getting involved in community work and enjoying life with his wife and family.

Fiona Forbes:
Fiona is local to Caithness and has spent most of her career working in different roles at Dounreay and is currently a Project Manager. Fiona also spent a six year period with Sepa. She is involved with various local groups and clubs. Her interests include beekeeping, sport and spending time outdoors.
